News flash entries have been, since 2006, my way of "announcing" celebrity deaths. Well, this week, a trifecta of big name celebrities have died, and I posted about them. However, I received word tonight that someone else died yesterday that was not necessarily a celebrity to everyone; but for those who knew him, he was.

Yesterday, Dr. Raymond Peter Srsic died. If you don't know who I am talking about, he was my doctor for over 20 years, my best friend's doctor just as long, my vocalist's kids' doctor... he was jokingly "half of Maryland's" doctor, and amazing. He will be missed by the hundreds, if not thousands of people he served (children brought their children who brought their children to see him). He was 81 years old and still practicing up until the time of his death.
